Hills of flesh I adore

Perpetual pimple of death
Gargantuan pustule upon my face
An eternal, lumpy, red race

Of the migrating purply lesion on my face
And it dripped on my chin

It will have no mercy as it creeps up your cheek
Drain your soul and make you weak
As you try to squeeze but to no avail
Over your nose it will slowly scale

It dwells in the oilfield tissue
The pustule rises, oh how you flail
It plunges into your brain
